Spike in Unfavorable End-Use Findings in Blue Lantern Review

The State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) reported a higher-than-average rate of unfavorable findings in its Blue Lantern end-use monitoring program in fiscal year 2024, with Europe and East Asia accounting for the largest share of scrutiny and compliance concerns, according to the annual report to Congress.
