OFAC on June 10 issued a new round of Venezuela-related general licenses, continuing the administration’s controlled reopening of certain oil, gas, petrochemical, electricity and minerals transactions while preserving restrictions on blocked vessels, noncommercial payment structures and dealings involving Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba and, in several licenses, China-linked parties.
